Our Coffee
Our coffee varieties
Being Special is our Blessing!!!
The four main municipalities with the largest area planted with coffee in our association, are located in the South Sub-Region of the Department of Huila, South West of Colombia, these are Guadalupe, Garzón, Suaza and Acevedo.
Our coffee is grown and harvested in the foothills of the Colombian Massif, exactly in the source basin of the Magdalena River, the most important river in the country, which generates a unique feature for the cultivation of SPECIAL COFFEE, thanks to its privileged climatic conditions and the fertility of our lands.
In Huila we grow Arabica Coffee, in the Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, Cenicafé 1 and Catimor varieties, as well as exotic varieties such as Geisha, Tabí, Pacamara, Pink Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon.
The Region has the recognition "DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN" and a differential Cup that is characterized by having a balanced global impression and citric acidity, in addition to a creamy round body on the palate, balanced and clean, where floral fragrances stand out and a scents intense chocolate, with sweet notes of fruity and caramel sensations.

¡Being Different is our Vocation!
A good coffee takes years of dedication and improvement.

This story has the aroma of mature coffee, and provides the necessary confidence to believe in it.
It's fine colors are a reminder of the fertile fields, but also reflect social and technological development.
People are the protagonists and the face of our coffee growers is the gateway to the essential purpose of GAVE COFFEE.
Coffee with
sustainability
GAVE COFFEE was born to generate value for our associates, making Coffee Growing a profitable business that contributes to the economic and social development of coffee families, always prioritizing the care of natural resources and the mitigation of climate change.
Our processes
Our planting and harvesting processes are Natural and Clean, carried out with great love to allow the land to give us its best harvest.
The harvesting process is 100% handmade, carried out by hand to minimize stress on the coffee plant, in addition to allowing a high generation of local employment.
The processing of coffee is still traditional, although washing has evolved to eradicate contamination of local water sources. Classification and drying are processes carefully done by hand, which allows us to maintain the quality of our coffee.
The fragrance, scents, flavor and even the color of our 100% Colombian coffee arise from the roasting curves that we use in our Production Plant, where a Master Roaster guarantees standardization in each of our processes, thus achieving the perfect cup profile for the coffee that characterizes us so much.
Our quality
control
To maintain the standard in each grain of GAVE COFFEE, our Quality Control begins in the field, promoting a coffee culture that respects the environment, which is accentuated in our families, with whom we work hand in hand to ensure sustainable well-being, from the youngest to our elders.
At the Plant, Quality Control is based on clean and complete traceability, through permanent sensory evaluations. To keep this process honest and transparent, we have dedicated coffee evaluators and tasters to continually verify our perception of superior quality.
Our Innovation is based on the constant search for different varieties of Specialty Coffees, mixing tests, processes and differential techniques.
