Being coffee one of the flagship products of our country, it is essential for the "VILLA ESPERANZA ASSOCIATIVE GROUP" to make permanent essential contributions to the industrial engineering of the productive chain that involves the collection, transformation and commercialization of this product.
From the Corporate Social Responsibility of "VILLA ESPERANZA ASSOCIATIVE GROUP", we are aware that our decisions and activities cause impacts on society and the environment. Therefore, through ethical and transparent behavior that contributes to sustainable development, including the health and well-being of our associates, we seek to generate a management model with Socio-Environmental responsibility, which encourages and positively affects the quality of life of our associates.
In the coffee transformation link, we work to promote and positively exceed compliance with environmental protection standards, in order to take care of our Ecosystems and empower our associates in Eco-Culture and Eco-Tourism, showing the World our innumerable cultural and landscape strengths, in addition to promoting the "Coffee Harvest Art" as the principle of our region's own coffee culture, promoting a friendly management system and thus contributing to Productivity and Competitiveness with Socio-Environmental Responsibility.

Our objective with the "GAVE SOLIDARITY" Social Responsibility project is to generate a real impact through the appropriation of the needs of our coffee community.
We work to identify the main interests of our coffee group and based on the comprehensiveness of their needs and the need to increase productivity in coffee cultivation, maintaining quality and excellence in our processes, we seek to open additional spaces for knowledge on important issues. news and general interest, such as: Cupping and Barista for Coffee, Ecotourism, Agroecology, Human Rights, Personal Finance and Solidarity Economy, among many others.
In "GAVE WOMEN" we are a Team of Entrepreneurial Women, Coffee Growers by Tradition, in love with our families and our land, who seek to generate a new panorama of opportunities for the Rural Women of our Association.
The "GAVE WOMEN" are empowered to sow our coffee with care, in addition to cultivating and processing it with all our love, to deliver the best of our land to the world.
In “GAVE WOMEN” we also work generating Productive Projects that encourage our social and economic empowerment, in addition to prioritizing good practices of equity and respect for women; We also promote Environmental Projects focused on the care and preservation of the Environment, to guarantee the improvement and sustainability of the quality of life for our families.
